They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The scheduler was easy to work with as I had to put the job off a few months after quoting. They honored the previous quote and did an awesome job repairing the damaged front door ceiling area. This required replacing water damaged areas, broken roof tiles and adding new gutters/down spouts so the water from the steep roof would flow properly. They even matched and repainted the entire front door ceiling to the house trim and gutters. Very honest family company with knowledgeable employees.

Great company, Pete and Jim were very easy to work with, responded quickly when questions were raised, and are very genuine people. No hard sells and no pressure to book. Pete was very straightforward with his information and didn’t try to oversell anything. Everyone “has a guy” to call for different jobs when they own a house. Pete and Colorado’s Best Roofing is now our “guy” to call.

We talked with a total of four roofing companies after our home suffered significant hail damage. We were most comfortable with Colorado’s best, and we made the right choice. There was a lot of damage, so it took a while but Jim managed the project meticulously to the end.

We worked with Angelo & Gunner (& Tyler) to fix our roof leak issue for a flat rooftop deck – they were extremely professional, communicative, efficient, and quick! Most importantly, they were thorough with the repairs and very knowledgeable about Colorado rooftop decks which made us feel really confident working with them. Colorado’s Best Roofing is an absolutely top notch operation. We were hit in the May 2024 hail storm and reached out to this company. Jim Parish responded immediately and got to work on our project. The important thing to say is that Jim stayed connected all the way through the details and punch list when the actual roof went in several months ago. There are so many smaller parts to these hail storms: gutters, fences, windows, painting, insurance companies. It’s a lot and Jim never let up until it was all completed. He was dedicated, honest, ALWAYS responsive and just a quintessential professional. (And we had a lot of good laughs along the way)!! Working with Jim from Colorado’s Best Roofing was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and responsive. I could call or text him about anything and he would respond right away and he met all of our needs for a new roof including removing and reinstalling our solar panels and dealing with the insurance company. As a condition of the sale of one of the units in our condominium the buyer requested a roof certification for their unit. Colorado’s Best came out promptly, inspected the roof and did the necessary repairs quickly to keep the sale on schedule.

This company is incredible. They went above and beyond every step of the way. We had a small leak once, and they helped us with free advice to get us by until we could get the funds to replace the roof properly. The owner and staff are very good communicators who truly care about their customers.
