Would highly recommend Colorado's Best Roofing. My experience starting with my first phone call with Nathan Mulligan has been absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. He did what he said he was going to do. He went the extra mile to help us with our damaged roof, siding and even the mailbox. He stepped in when our insurance company fell short and didn't do their job. He kept us in the loop every step of the way - even spent extra time taking pictures proving to the insurance company there was additional damage they didn't recognize when they sent their assessor. Colorado's Best Roofing installed our roof a couple of weeks ago. Every time I come and go I pause to look at the roof and enjoy how fantastic is looks. The crew arrived before sun up and worked hard to get our roof done in a timely manner. They were careful not to damage our landscaping and did an exceptional job cleaning up nails and roofing stuff when the job was completed. Thank you Nate for a Job Well Done!

Over the last 20 years or so I've had my roof replaced about 5 times. The experiences has been from OK to the last one about 5 years ago which was not good. So this time I had my guard up a bit when I had to deal with contractors. Christopher Senecal was the representative from the company, and within a few minutes my shoulders were coming down. Very friendly (but not in the used care salesman manner), he was very good at explaining the options for me to consider and showed great knowledge of his profession. Once I explained what I would like he had a very "can do" attitude, and during the whole process I could just watch his awesome crew get to work and get the roof replacement done. It takes a bit for me to be impressed, but his crew really impressed me, both with the speed and quality of work the performed. Oh, yeah, communication 5 stars. I can't say anything but thanks Chris, and give my highest recommendations. If you need a new roof - give Christopher Senecal a call, you will be 100% satisfied with his work and as bonus, very likeable guy :)

We had a tree fall on our house and Colorado’s Best Roofing was quick to respond and make sure we got repaired quickly. Stacey and Steve in the office were great and fair with pricing. Eduardo was quick, high quality with the repair and even helped identify a couple additional pipes that needed ice/water shield. Colorado’s Best Roofing has made a customer for life!

I have used Colorado’s Best Roofing on a couple of jobs, they are very good with the tile roof and EPDM work. I will say the customer service goes way over and beyond what is the new normal. Each worker has been very talented and always careful with protecting the property. Sounds like I’m gushing, I'm not… they were just that good.
